Gardenia is a newly renovated villa boasting privacy with expansive views. Entering the villa, you are greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of Cruz Bay, the Pillsbury Sound, and the distant lights of St. Thomas, resembling a sparkling crystal ball after dark.

The renovations are extensive in this villa with new kitchen cabinets, floors and quartzite countertops. The new appliances include an oven with stovetop, convection microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, a built-in drink cooler, washer and dryer. The bathrooms have also been updated with new quartzite countertops, new vanities and stylish undermount sinks.

The new furnishings feature an incredibly comfortable sectional sofa and a coffee table perfect for lively group games such as Monopoly, Scrabble, Clue, Yahtzee, Cards Against Humanity, Left Center Right, Uno, Jenga and playing cards. The new dining table, chairs, and bar stools beautifully complement the open floor plan, encouraging togetherness.
