You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
22 Piazza, Superb Views over Porthmeor Beach.
22 Piazza has a modern interior and benefits from unobstructed views over Porthmeor beach, two balconies, a convenient location near town and a light spacious open plan living area.
The South facing balcony has views towards the harbour and Porthminster and the front facing balcony, straight out to sea.
The bedroom can be made as a superking or a twin, you decide. We'll provide a linen and towels, a few treats on arrival.
22 Piazza is an apartment on two levels with lots of light, large windows and superb views.
The open plan living area has a well equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa and chair overlooking the beach towards the TV/Apple TV.
From here you can access the front facing balcony that has a table and chairs.
The bathroom is also on this floor and benefits from a bath, shower, toilet and basin.
Upstairs is the bedroom with storage, superking bed (that can be made as a twin on request) and a rear facing balcony overlooking the roof tops towards the harbour and Porthminster beach. There is a sink on this floor too.
There is a small car parking space in the underground car park onsite that you are welcome to use if your car fits.
The property is located on the top floor of the infamous Piazza block adjacent to Porthmeor Beach. Access is via two sets of external stairs.
Happy to help whilst you are on your stay, Sam and Lizzy live locally and always happy to offer advice on where to eat and visit. Lizzy, Sam's other half, will also be on hand to help with any queries.
Wonderfully located close by to restaurants, beaches and galleries, you couldn't be better place to spend your break here in St Ives.
No need for a car in St Ives, you have everything within a moments walk. Car hire is available and there is also public transport should you wish to venture outside of this lovely seaside town. The nearest long stay car parks are Barnoon (5 minute walk) and The Island, a 3 minute walk.
The property is best suited to two but we do welcome a 3rd guest aged under 1 or over 7. The age restriction is in place due to the steep internal staircase.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets and it is no smoking inside the property. If you wish to bring a child under 8 we ask you contact us prior to booking to discuss.
