Beach was rocky with goose poop and stinky seaweed, not really usable. There was no firewood for the fire pits. Room was very dated but clean. Price was one of the best in the area.

Wyndham should not be connected with this motel. Location is perfect. Property itself is not in good shape. Dated. Tired. Condition of interior needs repairs. Old, old bathroom. Lamp between beds needs fixing. Inside door of bathroom needs replacing.

This was an older property, but very well kept with only a few minor cosmetic flaws. Absolutely loved that the room was waterfront with a balcony: you could hear the waves on the shore from the room. We enjoyed the fire pit that was on the beach and the continental breakfast in the morning: just enough food to fill your belly before a quick trip to the marina and ferry to Mackinac Island. The Days Inn did not have ferry tickets, but the hotel right next door did, so it wasn’t a problem. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The trip was good and the beds were comfortable but the shower drain was very clogged and the second night we stayed, the power was out and the TV also did not work for a little while.

This motel looks nice in pictures, however pictures are deceiving! Mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. Hot water is plentiful, but it trickles out of the faucet. There is very little lighting in the room. The AC/heater is old, outdated and was not effective at keeping the room at a temperature. Continental breakfast only. Great location on the water of Lake Michigan.

the first room we got the bathroom was dirty, they gave us another room with no problem. the hotel is very out dated, needs painting badly, new bathroom sinks, better lighting in the rooms. there were plugs in the room that did not work for cell phones and tablet.

Not as clean as it used to be. Musty smelling, dust on top of the lamps We were last here in 2020 or 2021 and it seemed much more comfortable. View is still gorgeous.
