This was the worst hotel stay of my life. I was placed in a down stairs room with the cafeteria and reception above my head. Every morning I woke every morning, with either the staff or other guests dragging chairs across the cement floor which echoed in a room and woke me up way earlier than I needed to be. Breakfast is included not worth the money?One of the items is canned beans. The staff was marginal and somewhat helpful. Although not empowered by the owner to resolve most common problems. The knob on my shower control broke off in my hands. It took the hotel 4 days to fix the problem, which meant I did not shower for 4 days after repeated complaints. The facility itself is outdated and needs to be remodeled. My room was infested with cockroaches, the size of my thumb. After showing a video and complaining, I was told that the hotel would take care of it. By the time if ever, they addressed the cockroach and the shower issue, I had already checked out. The location is great adjacent to the airport and a lovely beach called magazine. The beds were comfortable if you could get past the cockroaches. Shower pressure in the bathrooms was sufficient.If you could get past the rust stains on the wall. Customer service at this facility is less than expected.Once you have checked out, the hotel makes no effort to assist you in any manner.Whether it's a taxi baggage storage, nothing. I do not recommend this hotel.
