Wonderful, experience check in on line perfect, very welcoming and super awesome with updates and fast on line check out.. great comfort breakfast was fresh and healthy choices, very clean rooms with lots of towels. I do have to share that Sunday morning breakfast was busy and the staff person was super busy serving cleaning and tetive to guest, we give her a 10 plus we would recommend a assistant for her weekend guest .

Made reservations expecting a king sized room and ended out in the handicapped room. No carpeting, the room smelled like urine, the walk in shower floor was neck breaking slip, the door to the outside was just outside our door - slapped shut loudly all night long, unattended kids in the pool and hot tub which was just outside our bedroom window at 11:00pm, air conditioner was loud and made noise all night, and last but not least - the TV did not work and had to wait for short staff to get it recalibrated. This is a very worn hotel…a real disappointment. Wyndham - once and we won’t be back.
