Our vacation home is privately perched high on the majestic Red Hill with 180-degree views of St. George. It's simply breathtaking during the day with a magical city view at night. This light-filled home is the uphedimy of elegance and is beautifully landscaped with over 30 palm trees surrounding the home, driveway, backyard living and deck areas. It is literally at the heart of everything wonderful in St. George and Southern Utah!
House is prepared for 10 guests — can accommodate 24.

This was such a great rental!!. I can't say enough good things about this house. The location was perfect, gorgeous and stunning. We reserved it for 3 days for a wedding. We were able to have the from and all his family, groomsmen, bridesmaids and bride all stay with a bed for everyone. We did the reception in the side yard overlooking the whole town. So many guests were stunned by how gorgeous the view was. We even took advantage of a study for guests who had to work and do school. It meet all our needs and we were very happy. Highly recommend!!!

Overall, we had a great stay. Host was great. House was clean & comfortable. There's a no alcohol policy, which we didnt know until the morning of check-in. Not a big deal for us, but may affect other groups. The beds/bedrooms description in the listing wasn't totally accurate. There was supposed to be a bedroom with 2 beds upstairs in addition to the loft with 2 beds. Some of the beds listed are actually trundles.

Kitchen had all the equipment we needed to cook meals. The house provided plenty of comfortable space to gather with family. Would gladly stay here again. There were very nice thoughtful touches throughout the house that made us feel at home.

The property is beautiful, the location fantastic and floor to ceiling windows all around with spectacular views! We loved the kitchen which was well supplied and a wonderful place for our family to gather and hang out. The house provided many options for our family to be together each with it's own unique feel and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very responsive when called upon and we would highly recommend this property, we all had a great stay!

Perfect Family Holiday

Our extended family consisting of 7 adults and 5 children enjoyed the holidays immensely in this house! There was plenty of space for everyone, the children loved having the downstairs bunk room to themselves, and the location was beautiful! We even had a family photo session as the spot was so picturesque! It was centrally located, so easy to get around. It's fairly visible from town, set against the red rocks, so the kids had fun pointing put the "Christmas house" whenever we were out. The hosts were gracious and accommodating. Overall, it was a perfect Christmas spot for our family and we hope to return!

Nice property in great location

Great house with lots of rooms and views. Beautiful chandelier. Only drawback is that it needs a 1/2 bathroom on Main level. Going to back of house by the 2 bedrooms to use toilet is inconvenient and interferes with guests staying therethete.itthosegnoooms

Not exactly what I was looking for

Property was very clean but was very dated. There were a lot of instructions on where the trash should go, various laundry should go, etc. It was located immediately above an RV park, although it was a central location and we were able to get around very easily. Communication with host was excellent and they were very responsive. Thank you. :)

2023, 1st Battalion 8th Marine Reunion

The property was "Absolutely Amazing" and easily accommodated all 18 that attended our 2023 USMC reunion this year. The house was so impressive that two of the guys attending drove around the camping trailer park below because they didn't think our group would be staying in such a beautiful place. I spoke on the phone with the hostess Angela who was so gracious. During our conversation, she informed me that the rodeo was in town and tickets were still available if our group would be interested, and per her recommendation we attended and had a great time. Text messages from all the guys after leaving the house all mentioned how beautiful the house, and its location, were. Sleeping accommodations and amenities were absolutely spectacular for everyone of us. "Thank You Angela", for the many wonderful memories you've afforded our USMC, 1st Battalion 8th Marine Reunion Group this year. For 3 of the Marines attending this year, it was the first time in 37 years since they'd seen anyone from our old platoon. And because we attended the Rodeo event upon your suggestion, we now have two guys returning home that can forever say "This isn't my first Rodeo"!! LOL I'd highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have a special and memorable vacation or gathering.

Great Place

This place had beautiful views and plenty of space to spread out. I even did a live event via Zoom as there was high-speed fiber internet. The rooms were comfortable, and everything was pretty much in order. The times I did need to contact someone, the response was pretty quick.

Property is as advertised. Worked great for our group of 5. If you have a big group it would be fine with a bunch of kids maybe not 20+ adults. If you plan to eat out make reservations at least a week ahead of time. Not much is open on Sundays.
