Upon request and based on availability ONLY: We may be able to line up some short term trailer parking for boats, wave-runners, side by sides, etc on the property. Also, WE MAY (based on availability) be able to give you access to a single car garage located right next to the condo to park in or to put all your bikes, side by sides or any other recreational belongings.

Parking: With our unit, we have a garage that you can park outside of if necessary which reserves you a spot close by so you don't have to ever compete for parking like most St George resorts.

Included in the nightly rate gives you access to everything below and includes a pass for up to 8 guests to the newly acquired Green Valley Resort located right in the back yard. Price is $5/day for every guest after 10 and not all condo's in Las Palmas have access for that many people so this is another big feature our condo provides.
