Phone signal still didn’t work at all when connected to their provided WiFi. Had the loudest upstairs neighbors FE FI FO STOMPING for 2 nights straight for no reason throughout the whole night. Called the front office but they did not speak with them, it continued. My bed sheets had HOLES in them I hope they don’t charge my for something that was already damaged upon arrival. There were stains in the sheets as well. Disgusting to sleep in. Go to the comfort inn across this building instead.

Bed was not comfortable at all. Older lady working counter is very rude. The other employees are all very friendly. Pool and hot tub need updating and the breakfast is really limited with weird eggs and no other hot option besides waffles. Otherwise great place for location to Zion. Pet fee is steep at $25/day

The breakfast options are limited and the items like egg are not made fresh and there could be different varities of bread instead of just white bread and bagels were missing. Potatoes are also missing.

"Breakfast included" is completely deceiving. There was no drink provided (no juice, no water, only lemon-looking very old oranges), hardly anything edible. And, the server and the front desk do not supply anything.

This was an excellent place to stay. My dog and I found the room to be comfortable and clean. The gentleman working the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially when I had an issue with my key card. I’m looking forward to staying here again next week!

The price is low, you get what you pay for. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. The room was ok.Nothing fancy. No elevator, just stairs. The carpet in the hallway upstairs was coming up in spots. Cleanliness of the room was ok. Next time I would pay more for a better hotel.
