Mold in the shower and the toilet. Desks were chewed on by animals and the bedding was stained. You could see daylight through the door seams and the adjoining rooms had huge gaps under the door. So no privacy you could hear the television in the other room on the lowest setting and people having conversations like you were standing right in front of them. The beds were so worn felt like sleeping in a bing bag. No support at all. I have pictures of everything. It was so expensive for what the room was. Plus additional $100 deposit when you checked in.

Yes, we were looking for a budget stay as it was just a quick stop over. First off I think I woke the young man up when I walked in the office at 8:30. He yawned the entire time he was getting our key. We went to the first room assigned and it was so hot! Tried turning on the ac and nothing came on. The room was also dirty with stains on the bedding. We were tired but went to the office without putting anything down in the room. The guy wanted us to go back to the room and wait for their maintenance man! After convincing him we didn’t touch anything but the thermostat he agreed to send us to a different room. Again no AC and in totally disrepair. The maintenance man was outside the other room so he came in and no luck! Enough was enough! It took Expedia 2 hours to get us a half refund and find us another hotel. We were luck we got a very helpful Expedia agent which is not always the case. But alas a clean hotel with AC! Not Motel 6.

Save your money, DO NOT STAY HERE

Hotel was dated and terrible, dirty. Beds were horrible and you could feel the springs while sleeping. Bathroom was disgusting, counter broken and falling off, sink cracked, floors dirty, bloob on wall and looked like door was kicked in. Very noicy. Save your money this place was disgusting.

Disgusting

They had only one room available a smoking room and it was disgusting it smelled like stale cigarettes the bathroom was dirty hair om the showe and hair om the towels the floor was filthy the sheets were disgusting the bedding was stained the curtains were gross and dirty. The walls have never been cleaned.

The most horrible place from the dirty bedding to the stench of smoke in a non smoking room to the constant noises to the rude staff! Do not stay here!

It was alright we had a problem with not having hot water for showers 3 night in a row and when we mentioned it to management theybwere very rude about it and wpyldnt do anything really about it. And when we teied to book again a different time a couple weeks later they wouldnt book us again and said we weren't alpud there anymore, all because we complained about the hot water situation and how inconveniente it was for us being that it was 3 days on a row.

This property gets alot of traffic. It is very rundown. My room specifically, had a broken door with poor repair. The window frame was falling off. The lamp shades were dirty and had holes in them. The linen and towels were wore and had stains. The only highlight was the parking was fully lit and the staff was as receptive to my concerns as possible, but ultimately this Motel fell short of even budget standards. Unfortunately, St George is blowing up in size and all the other hotels are way over priced for what you get. I recommend staying in Mesquite or up the road in Cedar City.

The first room they gave me number 104 had no heat working in it and the TV did not work and I didn’t even get a shower because the shower didn’t look nice. The floor looks really terrible. After enough complaining, they did change me to room 102 and then they’re at least there was one channel that worked on the television and the heat was on, so I left it at that and the room was much nicer actually looking in the first room
