When we arrived we were told we did not have a reservation. After showing our Expedia reservation, the young man checking us in said we were not registered. After calling Expedia, while on the line, the clerk then asked how we spell our last name, only then did he say we did have a reservation. That took 30 minutes. Then when we went to the room, the room key did not work. We went back to the front desk. He came and tried to open the room. He could not open the room either. So he put us in another room. It was a smoking room. Back to the front desk to get another non-smoking room. Finally in our room 1 hour after checking into the motel, we tried to turn on the TV - no luck. The next day we discovered the only way we could turn on the TV was to do so manually. The next day we attended our convention and after returned to our room. We were locked out again. We were told somone else was in our room. When we asked the clerk where were are belongings, he went to the room, and no one else was in the room. We stayed in the room for the balance of the trip.
