Welcome to the Mesa View Retreat. This tiny home is located in our backyard up against a beautiful Mesa surrounded by red rock. We pride ourselves on making your trip truly unique and unforgettable. We are located right on the St. George Golf Course with stunning views of Pine Valley Mountain and gorgeous sunrise and sunsets. We are close to hiking trails and also paved bike trails within a short walk from our home. We have a top of the line Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillows to rest your head after a busy day. Come enjoy our tiny space and make some memories. PLEASE NOTE: Date modifications requested within the non-refundable cancellation period are not permitted, as they effectively function as a cancellation. Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private patio. A kitchenette makes it easy to prepare your meals. The tiny house really is tiny, but it was perfect for the amount of time I was there. It was very convenient to all the activities that I had planned. Having a washer and dryer turned out to be more useful than I anticipated! Melanie was very helpful. She responded rapidly to any request I had.

We loved our stay at Mesa View Tiny House! It was very clean and was in a great, safe area, a close drive to downtown. The host provided some snacks and water, and even all our shampoo, conditioner, and soap needs. (And toothbrushes if you forgot yours!) It felt great to take a weekend trip here!

I had an amazing experience staying here! The place was so cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable night after spending the day out in St. George. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and it was the perfect little spot to come back to and relax. Melanie was awesome with communication—super helpful and responsive before and during my stay. Nice neighborhood, quiet, easy access

My husband and I thought this tiny home was unique. We only stayed for one night and it was great for what we needed! My only suggestion for improvement was the heating device. It was pretty chilly when we arrived and it was a challenge staying warm most of the night because the heater completely shut off multiple times. The nightly temp outside was around 35 degrees. I’m not sure if there were power outages in the area. We only had a cell phone plugged in so I can’t imagine we were maxing the electricity! We didn’t reach out to the host because we were leaving early in the morning and we didn’t want to be a bother. We understand that is on us. Otherwise we enjoyed our quick stay. Thank you

Family Visit Review

The property was great and so was the host! We enjoyed our stay. It was quite comfy. We brought our 5 month old baby and it worked out pretty good. He was able to sleep with us on the bed but I wouldn’t recommend staying if you have a toddler. It would be too small. Other than that, it’s fantastic.

Cute Tiny Home in a great location

We were passing through after visiting Zion National Park. The home was very clean, well lit, and very well laid out. The washer/dryer was a huge help after days of travel. We would highly recommend this property.
