The stay was quite disappointing. The first day, the water temperature was luke warm. We all took cold showers. Then we called and they suggested we change the temperature on the water heater. I told them that I wasn't comfortable as it was behind the washer and dryer. They sent someone out and identified a leak which required a plumber. The plumber had to shut off our water to change the water heater and we had no water for hours; those were the only hours we were home that day. We had to put the kids to bed without brushing their teeth. The plumber had to come back the following morning and we agreed because it was supposed to be a quick pipe change... it was not. The plumber had purchased the incorrect size so again we had no water while he went to the store. We had to get ready for our activities for the day without water. Again, it was the only time we were home that day. We mentioned to the hosts that it was quite disappointing and they said it wasn't their fault as it was unexpected. Now that is interesting as this leak had been going on for months and the plumber agreed! There was rust all over around this fitting. I would expect them to perform routine maintenance and identify this and take preventative measures. It was not "unexpected". Overall, the bathrooms have mold and things are rundown. The hosts did act promptly, but no water for 2 days and cold water for 1 day of a 4 day trip was unacceptable. Also, pool hours are inaccurate. I would not recommend.
