Just So-So not exceptional

We were put in a room on the backside of the hotel next to a big air conditioner for a house that they must rent out. It was so loud it was miserable. Also, the front desk person every time I walked in, and he was laying down on the breakfast bench and was kind of scatterbrained.

Don’t go here it’s so gross

I have never been so disgusted in my life. The reviews all had 9.4/10 and in the pics it looked decent. IT WAS NOT DECENT! There was dried urine and other things we found on the sheets in the sofa bed. I was so disgusted that I demanded a refund and luckily found a last min hotel to go to so we weren’t stranded for the night. Do your self a favor and keep scrolling!!!!!!

Loved Our Stay! We'll be back!

We wantes a quick weekend getaway that was close to hiking and outdoor activities including swimming. We wanted to be comfortable and be able to relax. We found all of this at Aden by Best Western St. George, UT. The complimentary breakfast was great! The front desk staff were friendly and accomodating. We spent hours at the pool and in the hot tub. We walked to a nearby farmer market and bought fresh jam and lemonade and continued our walk around the St. George LDS Temple. We visited nearby Dixie Rock and crawled through lava tubes. The weather was great and it all was just what we needed. There were even two massage locations (one next door and one down the street). There we also plenty of restaurants to choose from. A perfect weekend getaway! We will be back.

We stayed here for one night will driving between Vegas and Bryce Canyon. The location was great and walkable, staff was friendly, room was as advertised, and the breakfast exceeded expectations. We would stay here again!

The hotel was very nice. Great price. Convenient location. Breakfast was delicious. Only thing that was wrong was the carpet in front of the bathroom tile was tore up and the base board on the wall by the bed closet to the bathroom.

False advertisement, subpar experience.

This is not a 4 star hotel as advertised on hotels.com I would give it 2 at best! Noisy due to proximity to the main street and lack of any isolation to address that. Dirty pool, worn out building and terrible house keeping (once every 3 days). I suspect the good reviews are paid reviews.
