Mebourne and Cocoa Beaches are less than 60 miles and about an hour drive. Fabulous local restaurants along with the common chains are just a short drive away in St. Cloud and Lake Nona. Four local golf courses are all within a 25 minute, 12 mile commute. Whether for a short trip or even a month stay, you will enjoy the proximity of this location and the joys of lakefront living. Great place on the lake

Great place if you want to be on the lake at a great price. A quiet get-away but close to all attractions, etc. Would definitely consider staying here again on our visit to Central Florida.
