stayed one night w family to see Niagra Falls. Large room, sleeps 4 with separate bedroom and kitchen. Neighborhood is junky but safe. It is about 20 minute from Falls. Overall hotel is OK but little worn. Hall smelled a little, our room had carpet rip. Free breakfast, it was OK but not great. Staff first rate.
