There was nothing wrong with the room. I didn't understand the premise of the Tru line from Hilton. The room was on the small side and looked like it was furnished by Ikea. There was only one chair in the room so it made it hard for 2 people to be comfortable without getting into bed. This is the first motel I've been in for decades that didn't have in room coffee or microwave. There is coffee in the lobby 24/7, provided the desk clerk keeps up with it. When we went for coffee in the morning there were no cups. It seems like they put a lot of tasks on the desk clerk. In the future I will spend a little more and avoid Tru.

The whole place was extremely clean and orderly. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Instead of the waffles they had pancakes.They had games in the lobby area and a stocked gym. We loved it here!!!

I was impressed with how clean this hotel room was. They really do an amazing job keeping it spotless. That is honestly my biggest concern when staying in hotels and everything from the lobby, to the room, to the bathroom and beds, it was incredibly clean. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind too! They allowed me to do a very late check out for a fee ($50) which was greatly appreciated!! Chanse and Sylvia were both super pleasant and kind - would recommend this hotel 10/10!
