Breakfast was out of the box heated up nothing fresh staff was good hot tub was nice except if you needed to use handicap chairs to get in or out of either pool or hot tub neither were in working condition. Hotel is near I95 you can hear traffic all the time. If they would pipe in some music around the pool it would drown out the traffic noise

I’ve stayed here multiple times and my only complaint is there needs to be better communication between staff. On at least three occasions I’ve either gotten a late checkout or booked another stay at the last minute. The issue was nobody told the cleaning staff and they came banging on my door. Each time they were followed by an unknown male who also banged really hard on the door, was very rude and acted like i was squatting.

Ithe accommodations and cleanliness, was fabulous! The price was not expensive which surprised me when Iwe arrived, it was far from a dive! I give the hotel and employees 10 stars! Great job on the grounds and the rooms were immaculate. Thank you. It was so great, we are returning again. We were there thanksgiving and now Christmas!!!

My reservation was lost at check in, booked 2 rooms but when checked in there was only one reservation, cost me $100 extra for one of the rooms. Then I was charged an extra 214.18 for some reason and they claimed they credited it back but I have not seen the credit yet. Very disappointed with the whole booking and check in process.
