I had a bad experience ever at this hotel. They did not have the room I booked available. They offered me a credit for the valet parking (worth of $40 per night) and then they proceed to charge my card for those 40$ per night. I left one day earlier because of the unpleasant experience and after arriving home I found out that they have made an additional charge of over $400 to my card. I called them and they claimed to be a system error. What was supposed to be a Happy Year End experience became a nightmare!

Habitación impecable,personal muy amable y profesional, tuve problemas con la habitación al llegar, había elegido camas Queen y habitación con balcón y no había disponibilidad, me compensaron con valet parking gratuito y crédito de 20$, pero al final me di cuenta q me cobraron el valet P.
