Central air-conditioning will help you feel refreshed after a long day of exploration. Essential amenities like a private washer/dryer and board games will help keep your vacation fun and running on your schedule. The lower level has a fun lounge with a foosball table. The main bedroom upstairs features private entrances to the full bathroom in the hall and the enclosed porch. The open kitchen features full-size appliances, helpful cooking equipment, and a fun tile backsplash. Unique tile touches lie throughout this home, as well as numerous ocean-themed art pieces. This home does have direct beachfront access and although it is not a private beach it is not as frequented by beachgoers giving you room to enjoy and have your peace and quiet. The beach is also very dog friendly!

This home is smack on the beach in the coveted neighborhood of Vilano Beach. This exclusive beach town has it's own Publix for convenient grocery shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from such as Caps on the Beach, Aunt Kates, The Reef, 180 Vilano Grill, Pesca Fine Dining and Rooftop Bar and Beaches, to name just a few. Go over the Vilano Bridge and you will find yourself just a mile away from downtown St. Augustine where you can visit the Fountain of Youth, the Fort, the famous St. George Street and Cathedral and many world famous restaurants.

Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

PET RULES: There is a $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs under 30 lbs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
There are no breed restrictions at this property 🙂Unattended pets must be crated. No cats allowed.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
