This reminds me of one of those vintage motor court motels. But it’s been very nicely upgraded! The location is perfect for walking to everything. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the showers luxurious, and the air conditioning is top notch (it’s an important thing in St Augustine in the summer!). We loved our stay and thought it was a super value. Will gladly return when we’re back in the area. I would highly recommend it!

The place was conveniently located to the things we wanted to do. Saw a few bugs in the bathroom and even though the window was frosted, would still preferred a curtain or shade on the window.

Roim service is poor, the bathroom supplies are empty , incluing shower gel, shampoo, condituoner, and hand soap. Parking is separate from the room rate. For those without breakfast abd a pool, it's expensive.

The amazing location for walking downtown and them allowing us to check in early were the two pluses. There was a long list of cons though. The beds have strangely sharp corners that stick too far out. When I suggested to the office person they put some kind of cushioning on them before someone hurts themselves (we did 4 times) he acted uninterested. You can at least pretend to care. The room needed a paint job, a deep clean, and some updating. The cover on the bed had some kind of stain on it and the air conditioner didn’t cool the room as well as it should.

Old style motor court with large room that has been updated decently so, with nice bath, shower and lavatory appointments. Well located in Old St. Augustine, with convenient access to the old area and with view of the Matanzas River and Bridge of Lions.

The hotel is older but has been remodeled. It is close to everything. We stayed two different times. Some of the rooms have small showers but I er all a good hotel and I would stay again.

Everything was good except for an infestation of termites(?) that appeared on two separate days. I didnt report it because I'm a very very busy guy here on business and I didn't have time to deal with moving to another room or dealing with the front desk. I'm sure this wasn't the firsttime this happened in this room.
