Passion Flower is a lovely 2-level multi family home has 2 bedrooms accommodating up to 4 guests. The Queen bedroom has a study table for two and an attached bathroom with a standing shower, while the King bedroom has a half-bath upstairs. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped (no spices) and a sitting area with a TV, sofa and a bathroom. A washer and dryer left at the entrance. The unit has plenty of side yard space and a shared garden for outdoor exposure.

All of our properties are routinely treated for pests, but when the doors open bugs can come in; they love crumbs and open or unclean glasses of wine or pop, stagnant water from buckets and glasses and anywhere water accumulates, so please do your part! Definitely remember to use repellent when outdoors
-Curtains should stay down in the sitting space to keep rooms cool due to the bright sun facing into the home.
-Trash bins are in front next to driveway entrance.
-We thank you for observing our STRICT non-smoking rules. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts and be considerate of other guests.
-Having many properties to cover is not a good excuse for anything that we might have missed. Please let us know if there is anything we can fix or drop off. Communication is the key to a great stay and we hope to fulfill that experience!

We enforce pet fees for guests traveling with emotional support animals. If a guest refuses to pay, we will not allow the emotional support animal to stay. Picture of Pet fur will be reported and Airbnb will contact guests unwilling to comply with our policies.

We are just off the beaten path, so you may hear activity early in the morning to late at night….It is a vibrant town!
Because you are sharing the property, it is important that guests respect each other. House rules are enforced!

Free street parking is available in front of the house but please avoid parking next to yellow curbs. Parking next to unit is fine however getting blocked in could happen. Highly recommend units with more than 2-3 vehicles to park in drive way.

Down Town parking garage is $15 per day (1 Cordova St)
