I honestly do not usually leave reviews but I had such a great stay at Hyatt Place, I had to share. Everything was wonderful. The lobby, rooms, lounge areas were super clean & every single staff person we interacted with was very helpful & pleasant. I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service! Hotel was great, rooms very spacious. However We arrived a tid early and when we requested an early check in, they wanted to charge us. I have never had that happen before, usually if a room was ready, the hotel would allow you to check in early. I was very put off by that.
