We stayed at the Homewood Suites by Hilton St. Augustine San Sebastián this past Christmas and had a really great experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very convenient, with an easy walkable location to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays, creating a warm and festive atmosphere, and it was also very affordable for the quality and comfort provided. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would absolutely recommend it 100%.

Clean room very organized. All the necessities were provided. Hot breakfast was great, variety of foods to choose from. The only thing the AC was very noisy when chipping in and out and wasn’t cool enough for me. Other than that it was pretty good.

The room was not cleaned up before my stay. The pull out couch still had an old dirty sheet on it, the main bed’s bedding had crumbs and hair all over it (I took pictures), the toilet seat had black pubic hair on it, the floor had (you guessed it) hair, dust and crumbs and old wrappers in it… It was a very dirty room that I paid over $500/night for! Extremely disgusting and disappointing
