The room was very nice overall, the staff was nice and helpful. There are some things that are a bit run down in the bathroom and the door was hard to close. I hated having to slam it and make noise. Otherwise, nice large room, good bed, good amenities.
Just needs a little TLC in places.

I stayed at this hotel in January 2026 and woke up itching from bed bugs in the bed. I took videos with my phone and complained to the front desk. My room was switched to a room without bedbugs.

Checking was good, but the problems was the shower drained very very slow. Water was up to my ankles when i finished. One small stain on the sheets in my daughter's room. The staff made the beds but did not give new towels or take out the little amount of trash.
