The Rushings invite you to enjoy an exciting Florida vacation in our Beach House on Anastasia Island, in quiet Surf Crest Village.
Our bungalow cottage house is adjacent to the solar heated pool and is in the center of an oceanfront complex of individual one and two-story homes. This is a house and not a condo. BIG difference if you have ever stayed in a condo with a noisy neighbor! There is a picturesque covered gazebo atop the dunes for your enjoyment, with private access to an uncrowded white sandy beach.
WARNING: If you come once you'll be hooked!!!!
We are five miles south of historic St. Augustine, ten miles north
of Marineland, an hour and a half from Disney World, Sea World,
Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center and many other wonderful attractions. World Golf Village and Outlet Shopping Malls are just minutes away.
This is a Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Beach house.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. We really enjoyed this property. So close to the beach and right next to the pool. We loved drinking coffee on the deck in the morning and wine in the evening. The condo was cozy with a nice layout. Owners responded right away to inquiries. I would definitely recommend this lovely property!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful beach house. We definitely overpacked with things the owner provided. There is not 1 thing I can think of that this house did not have, sand buckets for the kids, beach chairs, floats for the pool, and many other necessities. Just a short walk and you’re on the beach. Excellent stay at beach home

We loved our stay at this beach home. It was in an excellent location, short walk to the beach, near many restaurants and a short drive into old St. Augustine. The home was clean, decorated so cute and very comfortable for our 5 night stay. The only negative was we didn't stay long enough!
