Our room was mostly clean. On three occasions, we found 12 inch long black hairs .on the bathroom floor which we believe we tracked in from the carpet in our room. Neither my wife or I have long hair over 3 inches long. I believe a little more attention to vacuuming would work.Management and staff was courteous and friendly and worked very hard over the 3 days of our stay at Christmas.

Wow, everything about this place. Front desk was friendly and very helpful. The room was as clean as I have seen and the room was kept cool. Breakfast was outstanding...eggs, sausage, 3 waffle makers, etc. and across the street was the shuttle for Nights of Lights.

Excellent room. Even better staff who were personable, helpful and courteous. The lobby area was up-to-date and beautifully modern. Perfect place to stay. Who needs a $350 per night room when you have this perfect Comfort Inn.
