The welcoming living room in the main area boasts an open-concept layout that seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen spaces. Enjoy the comfort of relaxing on the sofa, complemented by two alluring chairs and additional seating stools, providing an array of comfortable options. Take in the mesmerizing views of nature as you relax on the plush furnishings. Enhance your entertainment with a 55” smart TV, offering access to various popular streaming channels through your personalized log-ins. For remote work requirements, dedicated workspaces with a desks and chairs are available.

KITCHEN & DINING
Just off the living room, prep and cook your delicious recipes in the fully equipped kitchen with all the standard major appliances – refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. You’ll find plenty of prep space on the countertops, along with all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals. Discover a unique selection of small kitchen appliances.

Grab your morning coffee from the dual-function Keurig coffeemaker. You’ll find all coffee and tea supplies here and plenty of inviting spots in which to sip them.

Naturally, you’ll want to spend time at the beach a block away and will love the convenience of host-provided beach chairs, beach toys and umbrella. Please note, the dunes in Florida are very high so the boardwalk out to the beach has many stairs, up and down over the dunes. This is to help protect the beaches from erosion with hurricanes. We highly recommend using backpack totes and backpack coolers to carry your items to the beach.

In the evening, enjoy laughing, telling stories, and making memories around the fire-pit.

Pets are allowed and the backyard is fully fenced in. Please bring a crate to keep the pet(s) in when unattended, if you intend to keep the dog(s) in the house. Keep pets on a leash when in the neighborhood. Keep pets off of beds and furniture. Also pets are not allowed in the showers, tubs or sauna room. Make sure to clean up after pets. If you have any questions or specific requests please contact the host.

Enjoy a ride in the neighborhood or along the beach. 4 total bikes to choose from 3 adult bikes and 1 kids bike -please wear a helmet for your safety-

After a full day at the beach or exploring all the St. Augustine area has to offer – or just hanging out and enjoying all the fun and relaxation at Sunny Oasis – head for a restful night’s sleep in your choice of 3 bedrooms, all with ceiling fans.

PRIMARY MASTER SUITE
The primary suite offers a relaxing, luxurious vibe with tall, arched velvet bed frame and oversized mirror. Here, you’ll find a king bed, fluffy down duvet, extra pillows and ambient, dimmable lighting with sconces. You’ll also have a bench and desk with seating and mirror for applying makeup or working on your laptop. Storage is abundant with a walk-in closet that includes plenty of hanging space and space to store luggage. There are boardgames and puzzles along with a high chair and pack n play for guests traveling with small children.

PRIMARY MASTER SUITE BATHROOM
You’ll love the convenience of the ensuite bathroom with double-sink vanity with backlit dimmable mirrors. As well as a spacious shower with all bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Enjoy the evening relaxing in the freestanding soaking tub.

BEDROOM TWO
This bedroom had a tropical feel, with a full size bed featuring a arched rattan headboard and a cozy rattan egg chair. The room has beautiful natural light and a desk with mirror to get some work done or get ready. Also plenty of closet space with hangers and lamp night stand.

BEDROOM THREE
This bedroom includes a full size bed and twin sized bunk beds. Along with a small desk and mirror for getting ready. Also storage in the closet with hangers, ironing board, and iron. There are also children's books to entertain our younger guests!

SECONDARY BATHROOM
Includes a sleek vanity with a dimmable backlit mirror, bathtub and shower with all the bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.


LAUNDRY ROOM
You’ll love the convenience of the laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as starter supplies of detergents.
Guest access
You have access to everything in the house and on the property except owner’s storage closets in the laundry a couple cabinet locations in the kitchen.

No fumbling with keys; self-check-in is available with digital keypad. Guests will access property through a Yale digital lock and will be assigned their door code before check-in.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles maximum. you can bring a boat up to 30' and park it on site. (please clear with host prior for pre-arrangement).

You’ll be just one block (less than 6 minutes walking distance) from the beach, and historic downtown St. Augustine is 20 minutes down A1A. You’ll find plentiful local dining and attractions, including the Alligator Farm, the Saint Augustine Lighthouse, and much more.Please be aware, there are steps on the board walk out to the beach. Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, architecture, food and craft cocktails, and all that this pleasant waterfront town has to offer. See Location tab for more.
Other things to note
• Cancellation Policy: Please review our cancellation policy as our calendar will be blocked once you make your reservation and as individual owners, we cannot afford to refund outside of our policy.
We can not give any refunds for Covid, other illness, medical emergencies, funerals, bad weather and any other unexpected occurrence that are out of both of our control, therefore we STRONGLY suggest purchasing travel insurance.
• Hurricane season is June through November. We STRONGLY encourage purchasing travel insurance for your trip if your reservation falls within these dates as we can only refund if there is an official, mandatory evacuation (not a state of emergency) called for the island.
• There are 5 exterior cameras: one positioned by the front door monitoring the entrance, and another in the carport. One on the corner of the house facing the backyard. One on the corner of the house facing the mini golf course, sauna and gazebo are. And the last one facing the service side towards the front yard. These cameras are utilized solely for insurance and safety purposes and are not monitored unless a safety concern or neighbor complaint arises.
-Pets- No Dogs over 50 LBS and no pets on furniture or beds. Keep inn mind the yard is not fully fenced in. Please bring a crate to keep the pet in while unattended.
• No parties permitted, per OTA regulations.
• This is Florida, where bugs are plentiful. While we diligently spray monthly, the ever-changing temperatures and occasional rain can sometimes invite a stray bug or two indoors. We do not offer refunds if you happen to see a bug.
