One of the bedrooms features a unique small balcony overlooking the gardens to the rear. Upon entering the building, the door to the apartment is up one flight of stairs.



Upon entering the apartment, doors lead off the hallway to the living room/kitchen, shower room, and bedrooms 1 and 2.



Bedroom 1 has a door leading out to a small metal balcony that overlooks the gardens to the rear.



Parking is free at the side of the street outside of the property and for the southern end of Queen's Gardens. We would make guests aware that the northern end of the street is pay and display. You will be a 2 minute walk to the heart of town where you will find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

Nice clean apartment close to campus. The rest of the building however is student rentals. Noisy house parties, unclean hall and entryway, Front door always left open to the street.

Met all expectations

The apartment was lovely, bright and cozy. The welcome book was easy to read and following. In street parking in front of the building was a bonus. Easily walkable to golf, cafes and shopping.
