Nice hotel room was comfortable and clean although a little small but fine for a one night stay. Stayed here a few times now and the food has always been terrible, very little choice and what there is was not very nice. However I found a nice pub about 10 minutes walk away this time so went there instead. Breakfast was OK though, what you'd expect from a budget hotel.

The rooms were spotless and the staff both at reception and housekeeping were kind and courteous. We stayed in an access room and it met our needs for wheelchair access. A small bugbear was having to hold the door open to gain access to the room. We will be going again next week for another 5 night stay.

Window seal needs attention to make it sound proofed, noise from M25 and Sainsbury’s petrol station can be solved if the window has a tighter seal when closed, this may have come lose over time. Team members are lovely!

This is a modern hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. However the food on this occasion was awful. The breakfast was OK, what you'd expect from a budget hotel, but I had an evening meal as I was late checking in and it was dreadful. I had a chicken curry and the chicken was burned and hard, the rice was overcooked and the nan bread was like cardboard. The member of staff that served me wasn't very helpful either (although the rest of the staff were fine). I initially asked for a burger but was told that they didn't have any, no apology, just we don't have any. I asked of a chicken burger instead and was told that they only had curry a pizza. I know this is a budget hotel but the menu is limited anyway and half of it wasn't available! I'll think again about staying here next time I'm in the area.

We arrived at 0900 for breakfast. Unfortunately, there was very limited choice/options of food available due to the ignorance of other hotel users, this is due to other hotel users having no manners or understanding that the food is a selection, not a collection!!! I appreciate this is not the fault of the hotel but someone almost needs to police the occupants of the hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay however a slight downside was that it was really busy and packed during breakfast. There were no tables to sit. Maybe more space need to be allocated as the hotel is clearly a popular place.
