Just 20 meters from the free and unspoiled beach of Casalabate along the Adriatic coast, Trilo PP is a comfortable and simple vacation home for beach vacations in Salento.
The house is a three-room apartment, offers up to 6 beds and is complete with accessories such as air conditioning, hair dryer, TV, electric oven and mosquito nets on the windows.

three-room apartment is on the second floor of Residence Mosquito, with
entrance into a common garden from which stairs depart.
A spacious veranda overlooking the sea, exclusive property, is equipped for relaxing, dining and outdoor dining, with outdoor furniture.
The entrance is into the living room with kitchenette, dining room, 1 single sofa bed, TV and air conditioning. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with double bed + single bed.
A shower room completes the interior.

Residence
Mosquito is located along the stretch of free beach that joins the two
towns of Casalabate and Lendinuso, a stretch of union between the
provinces of Lecce and Brindisi, in northern Salento.
The area is residential, but in a few minutes by car all the main services can be reached.
Casalabate
is an up-and-coming seaside resort in Salento, the subject of careful
redevelopment, from the waterfront to construction, cultural activities
and entertainment.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
