1200 acre tree farm- horse pastures, lakes, creeks, wetlands and solitude. 11 miles of trails for hiking and biking. Fabulous birdwatching.

Lakefront 5 Bedroom Estate- ideal for family gatherings, reunions and special events - or a quiet retreat.

Eat-in farm kitchen, formal living and dining. Dining table for 12- with extension to seat up to 20. Cozy wood paneled family room with fireplace.

Sleeps 10 with 2 per room. 4 Guest Suites upstairs- The Iris, The Dragonfly, The Forest and The Equestrian- all featuring en-suite baths. There is also a cottage style guest apartment over the attached garage- with living room, kitchenette and en-suite bath.

Boat house has been retrofitted into a workout space with a full set of dumbbell weights, yoga mats, box jump, pull up bar and jump ropes. “Antique” tennis court- Pickle Ball equipment available upon request.

The Mill House- Sleeps 8- is a separate guest accommodation - can be rented with the Main House or as a stand alone unit.
