The building was nice walking in but when we got to our floor, there was garbage overflowing and the smell was horrible. The rooms were nothing special but were clean. The hair dryer was missing from the room and breakfast ended at 9am, which we thought was early and while we were checking in we were not informed of any hours. Wouldn’t recommend staying here due to smell alone.

Overall OK.

This hotel isn't the Ritz. You can tell it's an older facility even though it's had some upgrades. The rooms are adequate for a nights sleep, but I'm not sure I would want to stay a week. The overall state of the hotel just screamed of a lack of attention to detail. Some hallway signs were missing letters, the cleaning crew cleaned the most obvious areas, but ignored others, the fitness room was missing equipment, etc .. The staff however was great and really seemed to care when things weren't working as well as they should. The breakfast was also a surprise as it had a few interesting options that others don't (biscuits and gravy, egg casserole) usually have.

The property was nice, but when we got there was no toilet paper and not enough towels in room. We went down to front desk and only got one towel for two people. Otherwise the staff were great especially dining room and front desk.The highlight was the breakfast which was absolutely fantastic! The airport shuttle was awesome and on time.

The staff at the front desk at check-in and bar area were excellent. When informed about cockroaches present in the room…..their solution was to hand a broom and dustpan over and ask if we could catch them. For this, I am done with Best Western and recommend others be as well.

Very nice staff and comfortable room! There were a few marks and stains on the wall, but it looked like general wear and tear, nothing dirty, other than some dust on air unit. The pillows are pretty small and not very supportive, so I recommend bringing your own, especially if you have neck problems.
