Staff was great, clean rooms, breakfast was excellent...the only negative was the pool was closed both days we were there. That was the reason we chose to stay there vs ones closer to the convention center and couldn't use it. Still an excellent choice though.

The hotel was very outdated and needs improvements. The elevator was dirty, had ugly stains on the floor. The hallway smelled really bad. Our room was okay. It was clean. The staff was very helpful and professional!
