The staff was extremely accommodating. We had an error on our part with the room we booked, and they went above and beyond to help us come up with a solution. They were welcoming and helpful from even before the start all the way to the finish of our stay. The front desk staff was 10/10. Our room was clean and ready as soon as we arrived and we had a wonderful stay.

Waited 15 mins to check in as there was no one at the desk. Room was full of animal hair. Asked for housekeeping/new sheets were told that there’s only one staff at the front desk, given some new sheets. We had to strip down the bed, fit the new sheets and pillow cases/make the bed ourselves. Not ideal after a long day of skiing. Just wanted to get some rest…
