We had trouble checking in because computer systems were down. The desk clerk did her best but it was frustrating. Took about 25 minutes. The bathroom door was difficult to close and open. Otherwise ok.

The exterior pictures are VERY misleading. This hotel is located in a very sketchy area. Did not feel safe at all. The hotel itself has to lock exterior doors after 10pm because of this.

Always friendly and clean. Only area of complaint is the guest laundry machines need better maintenance. It should not take 2 hours for a small load of laundry to dry.

Pleasant enough staff, but this is a rough area. The air smells like garbage, there were a lot of people coming through the lot with loud music, some vagrants around the property. The lights from the carwash nearby are 24hrs and come through, even with the blinds and curtains drawn. Stained bed linens, and there were used prophylactic devices in the parking lot, along with other scattered trash and debris. Didn't feel safe here, wouldn't go back.
