Desk staff was mix of affable & surley. Early checkin was nice. Confusion regarding breakfast service and personnel shortage on first day made for a horrible impression & frustration. No supervision or management on premises to be found when over 200 guests wanted to eat. Horrible Starbucks service. Breakfast during following three days was ok, but still confusion. Fitness center nice touch. No closet doors in room?

Every thing was nice the only thing I had a problem with was that the sink was clogged and thank God none of my guests had to use the restroom room because you had to flush at least 3 times before anything went down.
