We got in late, our room was ice cold. The heater wasnt even on. Had to wait with our jacket on about 30 minutes before we could even get our Jammies on. Bathroom floor was super cold on the bare or socked feet. Put towels down helped. No freezer in our rooms m fridge for our cooler ice packs. Breakfast was good: scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Waffles. Apples, cereal, bagels, cream cheese bread, muffins, coffee, milk, juice, oatmeal. Pool looked nice but we didn’t try it.

The staff are great. The woman supporting breakfast was so so welcoming. I just loved her. The hotel is a bit old. The room smelled like someone opened a pizza shop. Immediately my daughter began coughing due to her allergies. It was so so dusty. There was some unknown substance on the window curtains. It looks like it had been there a while. Overall though we had a quick night so it was solid to sleep.

Great friendly staff, no problems. Solid place to stay with nice breakfast included. Staff makes extra effort to be friendly and responsive. Facilities are older, but clean sheets and towels. Can’t beat the value. Would stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was okay. The housekeeping wasn't impressive and kind of felt invasive. The beds weren't changed, just tossed covers over and even hid the TV remote control one night. Wish they would have a door tag to indicate if we needed anything but don't have those anymore.
