Easy check in and check out. Bar and restaurant had a variety to choose from. Staff was friendly except the waitress for breakfast, she took my daughter’s plate before asking if we were done with it (we weren’t) and I would have liked to wrapped it to go. As for the room, the air conditioner seemed to not work. I had it at 65 and did not feel any cool air coming through. I felt hot air from the bottom of the unit and the carpet in the room felt damp.

Amazing

Our experience was great. The whole place was super clean and the pool was gorgeous for an indoor pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. James at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. We drive from PA to FL annually over summer and this place will be our permanent choice :-)

For a hotel off of 95 this was fine. The staff is excellent, attentive and knowledgeable. The lobby is lovely. The rooms need an update. They are somewhat tattered and the carpet needs replacing. It was fine but I would not say great.

Great place to stay in Rocky Mount, NC!

Hotel stay was amazing! The beds were soooooo comfortable. Nice, clean, and roomy bed area and shower. Hotel staff was friendly. Pool was a little too chilly, but kept warm enough by continually moving around. Will definitely stay there again!
