False advertisement the hotel appears to be nice and clean online but when you get there it is dirty very small foul order through your the hotel and in rooms . The pool and hot tub water is dirty and cloudy . I did cancel at the first desk because I booked online and went somewhere else . It’s more like a motel then a hotel

Everything was great except for the $100 bucks security deposit. I understand why but it would have been great to know ahead of time. But for sure will be wanting to stay again for my future archery tournaments in your area.

The staff especially the front desk was very nice and greeted you with a smile always. The air conditioner struggled to keep room cool. Was very damp in the room whole time.

The young lady who works the night desk was excellent. She is well-informed about the area and pleasant to speak with. Pool, hot tub, laundry, gym, everything you need for an extended stay. Lots of restaurants nearby (including Thai steps away). Rooms were clean. TVs were small by modern standards, but a great selection of cable programming. No complimentary breakfast, but a full-size fridge and 2 2-burner stove allowed for cooking your own. Reasonably priced for a one-bedroom with a king bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

The hallway floors were so dirty and the elevator floors also. The pool was freezing cold and there were no clean towels.The floors in the pool area were disguising. Coffee maker was broken in the room and there was random clumps of black hair in our room.

Reported bed bugs bites only to be moved to another room and experience the same thing. Hotel offered a partial refund. The hallways smell but the rooms were decent. Rueben was great though.
