It was a low-grade facility...not what I am used to with IHG stays. I will not be coming back to location. I'm sure after a major face lift the property could be better, but I don't see it ever being at the same standard that I am used to at my usual Hampton Inn & Suite stays.

Will not stay here again

No one was at the front desk when we arrived to check in. Stood waiting for at least 10 minutes. After finally checking in, we made our way to the elevators where it smelled like dog pee. Our room was clean, however we did not get any sleep due to the noises of the room keeping our child awake. Every hour and a half on the dot, the pipes made a horrible screeching sound. Every few hours the fridge made noises that sounded like there was demolition happening down the hall.

Great time in Indy

I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for an inexpensive hotel located around many good restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very polite. I’d stay there again.

After my daughter got bit up by bedbugs at another location. Now my wife did. DO NOT GO HERE BED BUGS !!!!! And once again can’t get ahold of a manager or anybody. Again ..

This was a one night stay on our way home to Wisconsin. Our room was nice and appeared newly renovated. The bed was comfortable. The hallways near the lobby smelled of smoke and the carpet was stained. I tried to use the whirlpool but it did not work. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and informative.

It was surprisingly ok.

After walking into a lobby under construction and seeing signs of further renovation on the way to our room, I wasn't sure what to expect, but our room was renovated, clean and comfortable. Also, quiet! The lobby staff were very capable and courteous.

There were bugs crawling across the kitchenette!! I left and didn’t stay! The bed was falling apart noisy and squeaky! The ac wouldn’t turn off! It was AWFUL

Our overall stay was great. We were able to get towels as often as we needed them, but our room was never swept or mopped the entire visit. I thought midway it would have been mopped at least once. I also felt that the bathtub could have been cleaned at least once midway. I loved the indoor pool and whirlpool spa. The spa didn’t get warm until the day before checkout, but that was fine. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you.
