I booked this hotel because of the good reviews and the room photos. After arriving and seeing the room, my friend and I could not stay there. The room had a very strong smell. The bathtub was on a platform that looked very unsafe for me. ( I’m in my 70s ). I don’t like giving bad reviews but I feel like the hotel quality was misrepresented.

Excellent staff and nice to have a basic breakfast included. The motel has a very nice room....as good as many hotels I've stayed at. There's nothing in this city so it's still good to stop here for the night.

This quaint motel is quiet, clean and updated. It was very affordable and a great stopping point on our journey to the Washington coast. We would definitely recommend this to everyone traveling.

The room met our needs thoroughly. The hosts, Laura and Mike were great and accommodating. Yes, there is a little bit of freight train noise at night, but all of Sprague experiences it. We were traveling by e-bike which fit easily into the room near a plug for our chargers. We definitely will return if we're in the area again.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up with a raging headache. The room looked super clean, but there were so many flies on the property that the owners include a fly swatter in the room. Which is thoughtful, but also, concerning. The bathroom was a bit odd. It was like 10 feet away from a railroad that had many trains at all hours of the night. But it was clean, so I’ll give it that. And pretty cute on the outside.

Check in process was a breeze. We were getting in pretty late and we called ahead and were able to expedite the check in process so we could go straight to our room when we got there. We stayed for a super quick stay on our long 16 hour trip. We were only at the hotel from 10pm-4am for a quick rest but we slept well and were rested for the remainder of our travels. It is in the middle of nowhere but really close to Spokane. Wasn't sure what to think by the booking but we were pleasantly surprised and will definitely use this hotel again! We had three beds which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Again, a wonderful stay!! Thank you

Rude Clerk!

Well, the check in was such a horrible experience that we decided not to stay. Our son tried to get a separate room than us, and the clerk refused to give him a room. Even after we explained that we had our separate Hotels.com room than his, she still rudely refused him a room. We went to a different hotel. Later, the person who was going to check in after us was seen out our alternate hotel. So that clerk LOST 3 ROOMS that night with her rudeness and poor service.

The property is easy to get to and the people are friendly. Trains go by and blow their whistle during the night so I'd recommend bringing earplugs.

Great value for the price, with TV, fridge and coffee. They could have supplied more bath towels to match the number of guests, but asking for missing or needed items was not an issue. Host Rose was friendly and courteous.

An older place that’s a bit tired. Each bed was a very different in comfort and feel. Not wired for the modern day - not enough outlets for the appliances and to charge/use personal devices. Cracked linoleum in the bathroom, patched carpet, and oddly elevated bathtub. Neighbors arguing outside the room coupled with the trains passing made for a noisy environment.

The room was very clean. It has a bed, a tv, bathroom wthone small towel set. The toilet roll was empty but there was a roll in the mirror cabinet. No other amenities and the office closed at 7 pm. I’m glad I got a good price on Expedia because it is not worth the regular price is $86 is not worth it. Also the only restaurant in town closes at 3 pm. There is a market that is open till 9. If you need a really simple place to sleep only this is a good option through experian.
