Clean and comfortable. Boring in the best possible way. Close to downtown but removed from the urban disorder. This hotel is a quiet, peaceful retreat from the gloom and grit of Spokane. Also, probably one of the best hotel breakfast buffets I've even seen at this modest hotel price point. Finally, I was booked for 7 nights but only needed 6, and the woman at the front desk very kindly initiated a refund for the last night with Expedia. All in all a simple, cozy, friendly place.

Super Welcoming and less then 5 minutes walk to the Sacred Heart Hospital. Literally go out the outside door on the 1st floor and go across the street and you're there.
