This is a motel, not a hotel. Pictures are a bit misleading. Staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Trains going by is a bit much for noise. I appreciated a fridge in the room as well as clean sheets.

Ruby Hospitality Group is good at marketing. Maybe the listing is not fraudulent, it is definitely misleading. This is an old motel on the train tracks a block or so from the old steam plant. Rooms have vinyl plank flooring and newer paint but are small and our room smelled bad. Free breakfast was also misleading. It was a voucher for their restaurant a block away, but only good for 1 guest (we booked for 3) with a $6 value. The listing said the room sleeps 3 people but their was no other furniture, so 3 people would need to fit in a queen bed or on the floor. It was walking distance to the river front.
The trains (3 tracks) go by the hotel all day and night. The trains were essentially above and adjacent to our room.
This is an old motel, not a hotel. It is a block away from the steam plant, not a hotel in the steam plant.
No couch, so room sleeps 3 including the floor.

This is an old motel that has been remodeled into a hipster spot! The only drawback is it's close to the train track - thankfully not a crossing so no train horns, but you do hear trains roll by in the night if you are sensitive to noise.

I liked the central location, convenient to surgery center. The bathroom floor and around shower area was not clean, hair on the floor. Also, the night trains passed frequently and was noisy. I could not use the ear plugs due to medical/surgical problem with my ear.
