The only downside was the homeless population and the constant train schedules that go right behind the hotel

The room was small but great for an overnight stay with my dog. It was surprisingly quiet for the location, there is on site parking as well.

Very loud trains going by day and night 24/7 right next to the hotel. When you walk in your room they have ear plugs on the counter. Room was clean beds were ok. We did not try the breakfast did not realize it was off site and it stopped at 10am. The shower water was hot but had NO water pressure when you had the hot water on only cold had pressure.

The staff was excellent, and the facilities and room were clean and included a fridge/microwave/coffee machine. The lotion provided felt like it dried me out rather than moisturized if that's something you care about.
