Bed was not clean. I found hairs on the sheet. The shower water pressure was very weak. I spent 2-3 times as long in the shower. The room was located next to the stairwell and the noise from people coming and going was keeping me awake.

Staff was nice, overall cleanliness was good minus some Ants in the bathroom. Much nicer Gym setup then i was expecting. Surrounding area isnt the best, but you wouldnt know it staying here

The hotel was spotless, staff friendly and skilled. Room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Downside, the tv did not work and the bathroom sink was slow to drain.

Clean and crisp hotel. Morning breakfast was great, ample choices for a light breakfast. Great staff! Room was nice, great bed and pillows. We will make this our spot when staying in Spokane. Very close to the hospitals which is why we chose it initially. Parking was good. We were there on a Thursday so no problem with parking spots. Might be more difficult on a weekend when the hotel is full. Great place.

Got there and they changed the policy and would not let us stay so almost $700 for two rooms for two nights with insurance went down the train because they didn’t accept Washington residence, which was a new policy and instead of honoring our stay they told us no and turned his way after we already paid which they just made in a new policy that you cannot be a local residence and stay there, but it was never posted anywhere
