Broken elevator lame for being on second level, bathtub in king suite was a pain to try and get to correct temp and the knobs and buttons just make no sense. But once figured out it was nice. Parking was basically full so had to walk to other side of building then up the stairs. King suite was huge and pretty cool though. Wouldn't stay there in a normal room for the high prices though

The staff was rude stating they didn’t have a cheaper room I had to take a suite for 1 night stay. After they cancelled my original stay. Then when the next person behind me came in they were offered a cheaper room.

We flew out Sunday and notified hotel we'd fly back Wednesday nite late and would need shuttle. Called again Wednesday afternoon to verify shuttle service. Was not until we landed that shuttle could bot run and we'd have to find alternate transportation which cost $50

Overall it was a great overnight stay. I did need a handicap equipped room- they only have 1, I called the day before my arrival to make sure I had it reserved was told that I did, but upon checking in my arrangements had changed and someone else was given the room. Very disappointed
