Our bathroom had water damage on the ceiling around the shower. Poor ventilation, wall paper and the fact that the shower sprayed outside of the shower door (even when shut) has allowed for the paint to bubble on the ceiling and most likely has mold growing. Floors in room were not level and building had horrible VOCs from low quality building materials. None of the sliding doors would stay shut in our room, as they weren’t hung properly. We left with our clothes smelling horrible and developed a skin rash overnight.

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. The shower was awesome, had great water pressure. Bed was very comfortable. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative - housekeeping doesn’t come unless you request it, which I must have missed at check in. So my coffee wasn’t refilled when I got back to my room in the evening. I got a message the next day asking if I needed anything, and I said I would like more coffee. They did come by and bring several pods of coffee, stirrers, and a bunch of sugar sticks. No creamer. To be fair, I only said “coffee”. However, if you are going to bring all those other things and only not bring the creamer, seems odd. I didn’t notice until the morning because the cup was full of all the stuff they brought, so I assumed there was creamer in there. So no coffee for me 2 days in a row. That said, everything else was fabulous and it did not ruin my stay. Would definitely recommend.

Quick overnight after a long travel day and late arrival. Loved the flexible Lyft link for easy pickup at airport. We dropped our car at the hotel 4 days prior on our departure day. This was great!
