Positives - The staff was very friendly and helpful The free breakfast- it shocked us all, as both the quantity and quality exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, adequate and clean. The grounds and property were also very well maintained, keep it up. A memorable view of the sunrise/sunset from your room/balcony and also the beach. Too bad we were not able to bathe due to the Sargassum. Negatives - Our 2nd day, got up, no water, staff took too rectify the problem. Kindly replace the batteries in the safe, the key should only be used for emergencies. Also on 2nd day, we went onto the balcony to view the sunrise, but we got locked out. I suggest that spare keys for the balcony door be kept on premises to avoid what happened after.
