Ideal for those who love the tranquility and pleasure of an exclusive location 5 km from the centre of Sperlonga and its sandy beaches, not to mention the archaeological and tourist sites nearby.
Description: Villa 6 people. The villa of about 100 square meters is composed of entrance into the large living room with dining area with table and chairs and living area with sofa. Separate kitchen equipped with 4 burners, dishwasher, oven. The hallway disengages 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower is accessible from both the double bedroom and the twin bedroom. Another bathroom with shower is located opposite the kitchen.
