Delightful air-conditioned studio apartment, located in the center of Sperlonga Mare, a few meters from the main bike paths that connect the picturesque village and only 200 meters on foot from the renowned golden sandy beaches of the Riviera di Ponente.
Recently renovated by the owner, who has created a relaxing and modern environment with great taste and attention to detail, equipped with every comfort.
The accommodation is located on the first floor of a quiet two-story terraced house. The strategic location of the house allows you to have all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation: a reserved parking space right in front of the house, in a private area, a fully equipped beach about 5 minutes/200 meters on foot from the house, a bike path, restaurants, bars, a supermarket, and a bus service 200 meters away that connects directly to the Fondi-Sperlonga train station.
It is the perfect accommodation for those who love peace and quiet and the convenience of living in the city center without ever having to use a car.
The house is perfect for a couple, but thanks to the comfortable single bed, it is also ideal for a dynamic group of three people. The 25 m² apartment consists of a single room with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchenette with sink, double induction hob, microwave, electric oven, small fridge, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, snack counter, WiFi, Smart TV, wardrobe, and two windows with mosquito nets.
