The ambient street noise was surprisingly bad. Even on the 8th floor it was far looser than I've experienced in previous hotel stays. The sink being outside the bathroom was inconvenient but acceptable Bieber the side mounted faucet was too small for the sink and very messy.

A hidden gem in Grand Rapids! The staff were incredible and so friendly- Elise especially! Her hospitality and kindness did not go unnoticed. Thank you! The location is super walkable and walker friendly. A quick 5 minute walk and you are downtown, surrounded by shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We had such a great stay. We cant wait to go back!
