convenient and close location to the airport, friendly staff. excellent breakfast and dinner. free transfer to and from the airport. The only inconvenience was calling a transfer from the airport. It was necessary to call the hotel to call the transfer, but calls are only made from a local phone card and you had to ask local residents to call the hotel and call the transfer.

We stayed here as it was close to Maplensa Airport and the hotel offered a free airport shuttle. Front desk was friendly and check in and out a breeze. They offer a very good breakfast and the hotel has an onsite bar and restaurant. Food in restaurant was good. There isn't any walkable restaurants or stores nearby.

The primary reason we booked this hotel was because of the airport shuttle facility but PLEASE NOTE THEY WILL NOT DROPOFF AT DEPARTURE AREA EVEN IF YOU ARE DEPARTING!! And the answer to this is that’s the meet up point, the arrival area, regardless of whether you are arriving or departing. Not one mention of this major detail when I was making my departure reservation for the shuttle so with 5 luggages I had to make my way to another side of the airport. If you can ignore the this and the mold in the showers then by all means stay here.

The staff was pleasant and welcoming . The area was clean and had accommodations that we needed. Restaurant open til midnight. Transportation was available. The staff spoke English. The American boys soccer team that I went with felt safe and able to communicate their needs . Excellent service.

Perfect for final night in Milan

The only complaint is that the room was stifling. We addressed this issue multiple times but without redress. We had to open the windows to get some relief but then it got way too cold. Otherwise, all was well, we were extremely close to the airport though far from the city which was fine. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part and the breakfast was adequate and tasty.

Late night stroll

It was a one day stop after a late flight… the very negative is that there was no shuttle to the Hotel! Nobody answered the phone or even replied the message… until next day morning! Hotels.com help was also unavailable or inexistente. Shame. I did selected the Hotel due the Shuttle! Had to walk 25 minutes with a trolley and then jump on a Bus doing the several Airport Parkings!

Location is not ideal in an odd, seemingly deserted area. The restaurant does not open for dinner until 7 PM. Walkability the 6 blocks or so from the free airport bus stop is sketchy and when I checked on an Uber back to the airport where I would find transportation and food, it was €36 ...but there is a free hotel shuttle every 30 minutes. Also a maintenance worker unlocked my door and walked in while I was there, acting surprised to find me there. While my experience was not ideal, the bed was comfortable.
