Pros: Close to Portland Maine attractions this place is very affordable and parking is easy and free. Hotel is located right next to mall, shopping plazas, and many stores but the area is very quiet. Breakfast is the common free breakfast except they give out good produce and big pasteries. Coffee is also good and they have a waffle maker. Shower is glass door and is spacious inside, water nice and hot. Room service do not disturb you with loud noises in the morning. Quick check in. Nice staff. Microwave and Fridge are of good quality, the fridge is very cold and Microwave heats up food quickly. Bed was comfortable with good support. AC worked great. Floor has no rug and the floor was very clean. Staff are all professional and nice, never saw one staff looking at their phone. They immediately take care of you, always smiling, very kind. Cons: Place is nice but simple in decore, I did love the headboard in the rooms and the shower. Their was a small stain in my comforter but I got over it, slept on the other bed which was fine. And yes i could have requested the sheets to be changed but it was late and not a big deal. Phone and Alarm clock/Radio were on the dusty side.

We had two beds. One couldn’t be slept in. The sheets were so pilled. The bedding was very poor quality..there was a duvet without a cover on the bed. The decor in the entire hotel was cheap and horrible! Breakfast was mediocre at best! Would not stay again or recommend it. The only positive thing is it didn’t have carpeting on the room floor!

Great hotel for a weekend getaway!!

My husband and I stayed here for a getaway weekend. It was amazing! The staff is so kind, they always greet you with a smile. The room was clean and it was quiet so we could sleep! They had quite a few items for breakfast that were included with the price of the room.
