A nightmare of "vacations"!! The sofá bed was broken! The kids end in a chriropractic of having back and neck pain. I spend $180 USD for paying all the apps to watch TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Paramount, FuboTV, Hulu, YouTube) because there was not live Chanels like ABC, CBS, NBC. We missed 2 world FIFA Soccer Tournaments and the Oscars for bor having other app than Roku. A total Disaster! The contact person Aarón has no capacity at all to solve simple problems. Bas attitude and very mean! It supossed to be a very nice spring break and was horrible experience! Please do not even consider come to this place.

We had a fabulous stay in SPI! Our condo was very clean and so comfy. It felt like home! It was easy to get to the beach and we enjoyed the dip pool in the back!
